MCCLV's leadership team recognizes the authority of God and seeks to be Spirit-dependent in all ways. Rev. Goudy & Minister Jones desire to devote themselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Their calling is to equip the congregation of MCCLV for the joyful work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Rev. Goudy has pastored Metropolitan Community Church of the Lehigh Valley since 1999. Goudy's greatest honors include journeying with God's people in worship, justice advocacy, Bible Study, centering prayer, fellowship and outreach. They are a religion columnist for the Morning Call newspaper and served as president of the Bethlehem Interfaith Group. Raised in a progressive Roman Catholic household, Goudy graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a B.A. in History & Theology. After receiving an M.Div. from the University of Chicago Divinity School, Goudy became captivated by the vision of Metropolitan Community Churches and was elected an Elder in the MCC denomination in 2021. Goudy uses their last name and identifies as non-binary. Goudy is married to Carol Silver, RN (Carol has a Master's Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Moravian Theological Seminary). Minister Jones received his training at New Beginnings Baptist Church in Allentown, where he started directing choirs at the age of ten. Brian studied at the Community Music School and the Allentown School District Academy of Music where he focused on Voice, Music Theory and Choir Direction.
